GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS

1. General Provisions
Placing an order implies a payment obligation. Orders are accepted exclusively through www.airsoft3d.com (24/7). In case of issues, we will contact you during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00).
All prices are in Euros, including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices, but orders will be billed at the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
We may refuse orders from users with prior disputes or payment issues.

2. User Obligations
By purchasing, you confirm you are over 18, legally capable of contracting, and possess valid payment methods. You accept product specifications, understanding that images are illustrative and may vary slightly in color, size, or components based on manufacturer availability.

3. Shipping Conditions
Shipment occurs after payment verification during business hours. Orders confirmed before 17:00 with all items in stock are dispatched the same business day (Mon–Fri). Replica orders may have earlier cutoff times due to functionality testing.

  • Shipping costs: Calculated automatically before order confirmation. Customers bear costs for incorrect/incomplete addresses.

4. Product Availability
Each product displays its availability status:

  • In stock: Shipped within 24–48 business hours
  • On order: Estimated lead time in business days (varies by item)
  • Out of stock: Temporarily unavailable
    Orders containing “on-order” items are processed Mon–Thu until 15:30; lead time begins thereafter.

PAYMENT METHODS
100% online:

  • Bank transfer: Include your name and order number. Confirmation takes 1–3 business days. Payment proof must be submitted within 72 hours.
  • Credit/debit card: Secure payment via virtual TPV. May require SMS-based CVV. Card data is shared only with the bank.
  • PayPal: Automatic confirmation. Data shared only with PayPal.
  • Bizum: Available as a payment option.
  • Cash: Only for “warehouse pickup” orders (must be arranged in advance).
    We do not accept cash-on-delivery or in-person payments without a prior order.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Legal Warranty (3 Years)
Airsoft3d.com covers non-conformities for 3 years from delivery (for purchases made from 01/01/2022). Original invoice required.

Coverage:

  • First 6 months: Manufacturing defects are presumed. We collect the item free of charge (Peninsula & Portugal), provided the claim is filed within 60 days of receipt. After this period, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • 6 months to 3 years: The customer must prove the issue is a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear (buttons, contacts, batteries, O-rings)
  • Damage from misuse or lack of maintenance
  • Customer modification or tampering
  • Used or opened products
  • Internal upgrade components (72-hour warranty only if unused)
  • LiPo batteries: 72 hours to verify operation. Not covered if fully discharged due to being left plugged in.

Repair Time: 2–15 business days (may extend if sent to official service center).
Out-of-Warranty Repairs: We offer technical service with prior quote. If declined, the item is returned at no cost.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without justification.

  • Period: From product receipt until 14 days later.
  • How to exercise: Send clear notice to info@airsoft3d.com, including your order number.
  • Return condition: Product must be in original packaging, unused, with all accessories.

Exceptions (Art. 103 LGDCU):

  • Opened sealed hygiene/health products
  • Customized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Discounted bundles (partial returns not accepted)

Return Costs: Customer bears return shipping fees.
Holiday Period: Orders placed Nov 21 – Jan 1 may be returned until Jan 15.
Order Cancellation: Free of charge until status changes to “Shipped.” If already shipped, customer covers outbound and return shipping (max ~€18).
Refunds: Processed via original payment method within 2–15 business days after receipt and verification.

Transport Incidents:
Claims for transport damage will not be accepted if more than 24 hours have passed since receipt without noting damage on the delivery note.
